Located in a gorgeous and comfortable environment, Heritance Ayurveda Maha Gedara combines luxurious accommodation and authentic ayurvedic treatments.

The food that you will experience on your stay will be made with no use of artificial flavours, fragrance, sauces or animal fats. These dishes are tailored to meet all “doshes” which will nourish you to good health

The treatments will commence from day two onwards.

Your day begins with a yoga session to ease your mind and soul.
Your daily treatments will last for about two hours for a period of seven days which includes, Shirodhara, synchronised body massages by two therapists. Oral medicine and many more treatments will be conducted to create a perfect inner balance.

Your evenings will be coloured with entertainment (thrice a week), with cultural shows, oriental music or flute music.

If time permits, you can venture out and experience Sri Lanka’s natural beauty and heritage by visiting local and regional attractions. These include Lunuganga, the Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery, Madu Ganga where you can embark on a river safari, a moonstone mine and the historic city of Galle.
